A proven and tested method on how to conduct a structured interview to ensure that you aren’t hiring the best liar\, again.\nA simple\, but effective process for comparing one potential candidate to another. Thusly\, speeding up the selection process so the best talent doesn’t get hired by your competition.\n\nTarget Student:\nThis course is intended for entrepreneurs and small business owners\, but the methods can be used by anyone who wants to make better hiring decisions and build better teams. \nPrerequisites:\nTo ensure your success\, we recommend you have some level of work experience in any of a variety of organizational settings. You should also have general end-user computer and Internet skills. \n  \nThis is a virtual learning workshop and most computers with the ability to attend webinars and view pdf documents should suffice.
