DESCRIPTION:Course Description\nOverview:\nYou have developed skills to be successful in your field. In this course\, you will learn the practical skills you need to be an effective leader in your organization. \nLeadership enhances the skills employees at all levels need to be truly successful. When you learn practical leadership skills\, you’ll have the ability to motivate\, coach\, communicate with\, and teach employees in such a way that they are more effective in their jobs and\, as a result\, you become more effective in your job. \nEach attendee will receive  a confirmation email after ticket(s) have been purchased. \nEach ticket includes access for one individual to attend the virtual workshop as well as a digital copy of the event workbook. \nThe day before the workshop you will receive your login for the workshop and the access key to download the workbook. We recommend downloading the workbook before the event\, but do not dive into it.
