DESCRIPTION:Course Description\nOverview:\nAs a leader in your organization\, you’re expected to help people meet or exceed expectations and to help ensure productivity and profitability for the organization. Coaching is a leadership tool that is effective in improving performance and contributing to the goals of the organization. In this course\, you will build a foundation for coaching\, establish a coaching process\, execute a coaching plan\, and explore strategies for coaching in different business scenarios. \nMany different factors can affect employee performance. When performance problems arise\, people need to be supported to get back on track and do their jobs well. Coaching is an effective way of confirming an employee’s value while improving performance. Coaching contributes to employee retention because it offers the opportunity to grow\, provides motivation\, and supports learning. Coaching also enhances the image and effectiveness of managers and supervisors. \nEach attendee will receive  a confirmation email after ticket(s) have been purchased. \nEach ticket includes access for one individual to attend the virtual workshop. \nThe day before the workshop you will receive your login/invite for the workshop. \nCourse Objectives:\nIn this course\, you will develop the skills to coach for results. Each computer will need the following minimum hardware configurations: \n\n1 GHz or faster 32-bit (x86) or 64-bit (x64) processor\n1 gigabyte (GB) RAM (32-bit) or 2 GB RAM (64-bit)\n16 GB available hard disk space (32-bit) or 20 GB (64-bit)\nKeyboard and mouse (or other pointing device)\n1\,024 x 768 resolution monitor recommended\nNetwork cards and cabling for local network access\nInternet access (contact your local network administrator)\n\nSoftware: You will need to download Zoom on your device and sign up for a free member account to attend the training.
